Return & Refund Policy


JeansFellow Footwear facilitates its consumers with an “Open Box Policy’’ which means while receiving the product you can check your parcel at your doorstep.

 

VALID REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, you can return the product to the delivery agent and contact us within 24hrs.

2. If the size of a product does not match with the one ordered.

3. You cannot return a product because of a change of mind.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS TO RETURN A PRODUCT 

1. As we offer Open Box Policy, you should check before receiving a product. We don’t accept any allegation after receiving the product.

2. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.

3. The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

4. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.

5. In the case of an exchange, if it is a global product it will take 15-30 days.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

1. If you return a product because of a defect/damaged or incorrect/ incomplete reason at the time of delivery, you can claim a refund. After verifying from our side you will get the paid amount as a refund within 7 working days.

2. You can claim a refund if you do not receive the product within 15-30 days. You cannot claim a refund before mentioned time period.

 

 

SERVICE POLICY-WATCH

1. You have an applicable return window for 24 hours if the product is defective/damaged or incorrect/ incomplete reason.

2. You will get a 6 (Six) months service warranty with any watches you have purchased from JeansFellow.

3. Warranty will not valid for any kind of physical damages.
